2. Now open the option and tap on “Create a new SMS”.
3. Type 8171 as the recipient’s number.
4. Now type your CNIC number without spaces and dashes.
5. Send the SMS and wait for the confirmation SMS.
6. The confirmation SMS will inform you about your BISP registration by SMS.

How to Withdarw BISP Payment?

The BISP new payment is arrived for the new recipients. People can check their balance via SMS and then they can collect their cash from BISP cash centers or HBL ATMs.

Collecting Cash from BISP Cash Centers:

1. Locate the nearest BISP Tehsil office in your area.
2. Once you receive a notification or confirmation of payment via SMS, visit the BISP Cash Center with your original CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card).
3. Present your CNIC to the staff at the BISP Cash Center.
4. They will verify your identity and provide you with the cash amount corresponding to your BISP payment.

Using HBL ATMs:

1. Locate the nearest HBL (Habib Bank Limited) ATM.
2. Check your BISP payment balance by sending an SMS to the 8171 BISP number provided by the program.
3. Once you have received confirmation of your payment and the balance available, visit the HBL ATM.
4. Insert your HBL ATM card and enter your PIN.
5. Select the “Cash Withdrawal” option.
6. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw, ensuring it does not exceed the available balance for your BISP payment.
7. Collect your cash and the receipt from the ATM.
